Martin V. Katz is a graduate of the City College of New York and Brooklyn Law School. A member of the Florida Bar since 1973, Mr. Katz practices in the areas of estate planning, real estate, taxation and general business law. Previously he worked with the Chase Manhattan Bank and Hertz Warner Securities in New York and the United States Internal Revenue Service. He is Tax Certified by The Florida Bar.

Mr. Katz is a member of the New York State, American and Palm Beach County Bar Associations, as well as the East Coast Estate Planning Council, the Palm Beach County Bar Tax Institute and the Planned Giving Council of the Palm Beaches. His community and civic affiliations include the Leadership Palm Beach County Alumni Association, the American Cancer Society, the Jewish Community Day School of Palm Beach County and the Foundation of the Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County.

Daniel Doorakian graduated with a degree in Economics from the University of Notre Dame, summa cum laude, and earned his Juris Doctor degree from Vanderbilt University. He also received a Masters of Business Administration, with highest honors, from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst.

Admitted to The Florida Bar and the District of Columbia Bar, Mr. Doorakian has a general business, real estate and commercial practice and also practices in the areas of corporate law, and probate, guardianship and trust administration and litigation. He is also a certified title insurance agent for Old Republic National Title Company, First American Title Insurance Company, Chicago National Title Insurance Company, Fidelity National Title Insurance Company and Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company. Mr. Doorakian also manages the firm's Wellington office.

Cori N. Marshall graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and a minor in Economics with high honors from the University of Florida and received a Juris Doctorate from Emory University. Her areas of practice include real estate, commercial transactions, probate and general business law.

Ms. Marshall resides in West Palm Beach and is a member of the Business, Entertainment Arts and Sports, Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Sections of The Florida Bar. While at Emory, Ms. Marshall served as the Managing Editor of the International Law Review.
